Community Involvement
The Kansas City Community Health Care Initiative intends to work collaboratively with other groups to identify health-related issues, opportunities and challenges that the community can address.
There are several ways to get involved:
- Attend upcoming forums on the Community Health Assessment factbook.
- Invite a presentation on the Community Health Assessment to your group.
- Offer to participate in a work group.
- Become a partner organization and support the larger effort.
